Ria Ramkissoon and Alasdair Cotter founded the gastropub, bringing their combined experience in hospitality and design to the table. Ria, who hails from Trinidad and Tobago, designed the space with care, incorporating elements such as tropical wallpaper and handwoven basket lights. Alasdair, who grew up in Ireland, lends his expertise in bartending and hospitality to the venture.

The space has a warm and intimate atmosphere, feeling like a secret worth sharing. Ghislaine Viñas designed the tropical wallpaper that wraps the room, while Ria designed the basket lights that cast a warm and honeyed glow.
